Festival of British Archaeology

13th - 28th July 2013

Each year the the Council for British Archaeology (CBA) hosts a two week festival which features hundreds of special events organised by local societies and organisations across the UK.

As our contribution to the festival on Wednesday 24th July we will be presenting

Craven's Past - bringing documents to life

A re-enactment by members of the Ingleborough Archaeology Group using old artefacts, wills and inventories

The re-enactment will take place in the historical surroundings of the Folly in Settle at 10.30am for 11.00am and 2.00pm

Admission to the Folly £3 - includes refreshments and admission to the YAS exhibition
